Vibration 50-70mph....Symptoms inside

Hello All,
I just had new tires put on about a week ago as well as Viking rims. They said I had 2 bent rims so I had them straightened before the tires were put on. They said I had 1 bent rim that shouldn't need to be straightened because it was minor. I can see it...it's about an inch long on the outer lip and protudes a bit outwards. At about 65 all you feel is a pulse in the steering wheel and there is no visual vibration. But, on acceleration between 50 and a litle higher than 65mph the pulse is a bit stronger and a slight visual vibration of about a 1/16th of an inch can be seen. When I release the throttle all goes away. It also seems that between 50 and 70 the vibration and pulse only occurs on roads heading uphill. On Friday night when I was coming back from Newport, RI I was trying to merge on to Rt 1 when I hit a curb and rolled up on it at about 35 to 40mph. The traffic was really bad but the car didn't seem to vibrate any worse than it did when the new tires were put on. Now, I am wondering what is causing this vibration and pulse. Balancing again? Tire pressure is 36psi all around but could the curb hit cause pressure loss? The rims don't look bent except the slight bend in 1 mounted to the front passenger side and they aren't cracked. Could I be in need for an alignment again? I just had one in June. Please help. I don't feel the need to have it fixed immediately but I want to know what it could possibly be. Thanks in advance.
