3: Some of this is normal and will seem more extreme with a automatic trany. But things can be complicated by deposits in the TB and IAC. So clean these. Non turbo... the TB is not so easily accessed as the turbo. Get it open and open the throttle and swab the TB bore with a cloth and some mild solvent... common paint thinners. Get the corner of the solvent moist cloth in the bore as the throttle plate closes to clean the edges of the plate. The IAC needs to be remove to clean with carb cleaner spray. That will eat paint! Search for drs<underscore>install for details. Clean your injectors with techron concentrate and regap or replace plugs.
4: The only thing that can be adjusted is the toe-in. Much of a 4 wheel alignement is a waiste because you can't do much. Its not that much money. Do the dealer or ask them for a recommedation for who. Can't you explain what was with the wear patterns? Wear patterns that make the tires noisy are quite common.
5: There is a washer check valve in the hood, find it. Remove and pop the red platic cap and do not loose the small spring. Clean gunk from the rubber diaphragm. If its toast, cut a new one from the sleeve of some dish washing gloves.
