Hey DJK,
2. You can clean the inside...look for it on the message board. If that doesn't help you can replace the lens which isn't to bad.
4. I got the 4 wheel alignment at my local delear for 60.00 dollars. If you experience a vibration then you can get it speed balanced by the HUNTER GPS7000 system. Look at http://www.hunter.com
5. The pump dosn't usually fail but the nipples on the pump do. The nipples that allow the fluid to flow cost about 2.00 dollars. That's probally the problem with your rear washer. Mine at first didn't work and I was able to get the buildup out using a pin needle. As far as the front washers go there is some kind of device underneath the hood lining that allows the fluid to circulate in the system. This tends to fail after about 5 years but it is also not an expensive part.
