Is it just me or do some of you also get treated like crap by miserable service managers. Somehow mine seems to think that it's a privilege for me to be served by him.
Perhaps it's because I didn't buy my NG from them?
or maybe because it's not a current model?
The 1st time it happened... I figured that he must have been having a bad day. 4 visits and almost $3000 later - I'm still getting the same rude attitude from this little cretin.
Not sure if I should post to which MONTREAL SAAB dealership this service department belongs to... But I believe it and it's sorry-excuse-for-a- service-manager may have been mentioned before.
*sigh*
