You've gotta be out of warranty by now, find yourself a small indie that knows saabs. Where I go (chicago) there is the owner and one mechanic, so I deal with the owner and/or mechanic directly. The car itself is still expensive, but this guy will take 20 minutes to tell me what was wrong, what he did, and if I have a theory about what's wrong (like my leaking camshaft seals) he takes me seriously and investigates what I asked him to do, whether I am right or wrong, no attitude about how I don't know nothing. THat's why everyone here pushes indies for repairs.
