Saab dealer in Vero Beach, FL is outstanding, and their master tech (Gary) is rated #3 in the nation. They're the closest dealer to me (50 miles), and I dropped off my sick '97 900SET coupe there earlier this month. They never saw me before, and they gave me free new loaner (9-3 sedan with 1200 miles) while my car was being worked on for a few days! They kept me updated on status, and worked several basic miracles to get this car running like a screamin' Banshee again, and they kept the cost minimal. Even their parts dept calls me when my parts arrive. I've had mixed results with many dealers of all brands of cars over the years, but these folks are genuinely honest, considerate, and highly skilled -- a great (and rare) combination.
