Disconnect the harness attached to the BPC and compare the results of boost. You could have a bad BPC. Usually when the BPC goes bad, you overboost, but worth the test. When you disconnect, your boost should be lower. I realize this is not your problem, but isolating the problem has been tough so far.
I'm not sure how the car will react to disconnecting the WG hose, but I would be careful with that as you could end up overboosting. Don't know if the car will throw a CEL when you do that...Dean?
Do you hear any strange noises when coming off boost like a honking or tooing noise? When the BPV leaks, you will get some honking, when means the diaphragm is either torn or leaking. Got any friends with a similar car you could swap some parts for tesing purposes?
