That's why I keep buying Saabs- I love the cars! Saab Corporate customer service is absolutely fantastic and I have involved them in a major problem I was having with getting something fixed on my car. While they were finally able to get the car fixed and offered great follow up support, the behavior of the Service Manager at the dealership continues to be ATROCIOUS!
While I love the cars, at some point, the amount of time I have to waste in bringing my car back in multiple times for simple tasks will outweigh how much I love my car and force me to look at other brands. It already has. Where Saab once had any and all future purchases locked up with me, there are now several other possibilities out there.
Let me repeat so we are all perfectly clear: I love Saabs, and Saab customer service is second to none. Saab dealer service is absolutely awful. Somehow, they need to clean house and retrain these people and get them to buy into giving the appropriate level of service (but in the end, this is a dealership issue, not a Saab corporate issue).
