Otokoyama is the one I order a lot, but other good ones are Harushka and Bishonen. They have varying levels of dryness, and from what I gather while expensive are not really super premium in the grand scheme of things.
I had a glass of one in DC (Sushi-Ko in Glover Park) that blew me away - I need to get the name of it - it started with a K and was the most expensive one on the menu. Hey, I was on vacation! I really wish I could remember it because it really was delicious.
I used to go for the super dry stuff because that's the only way I can stomach white wine but have found through experimentation that sake is better with a little sweetness to my tongue.
In Atlanta the liquor stores are pretty pathetic in their selection of high quality sake, but fortunately we have quite a diverse ethnic mix and so there are many Japanese groceries (or, the Buford Highway Farmer's Market) that offer quite a decent selection of good sake. Expect to pay about $25 for a bottle that's about the same size as a normal bottle of wine our about $45-$55 for a larger sized bottle.
It may be that where you live there are even higher grades available so your mileage may vary. I never buy it to take home because, well, I like it TOO MUCH!
