The request of a "supporting deposition" . There is a BOx on the back of the ticket and when you send it in you can request one.
For a speed ticket, cop must include make, model of the radar device, and provide alot of other information in triplicate.
Most times te depo is left un done. In which case you can ask for a dismissal after 30 days, if the deposition has not been supplied.
