......as I'm a SAAB Diehard but have only owned a couple (2) for 4 years or so. Always have been a fan though - going back to the 80s.

Am I less important than those SAABers that have owned them for 20 + or more years?

Wife wants an SUV when her 9-5 lease is up much to my chagrin due to gas prices, but she refuses to drive a minivan or wagon - too "dorky" in her words. She likes the 9-7x.

Our next door neighbors have a 9-3 vert and they too are not "long time SAABers" but they love the 9-7x as well.

I hope SAAB can make cars that bring newer owners such as us into the fold as well as making some that please the "old timers."

Don't we all want the brand to grow and expand? Can't do that by offering hatchbacks alone you know.
