Saab must help dealers out to some extent, but for more cars why don't the dealers buy off lease cars at auction? CPO them and sell them to their service dept. Keep till the car falls into the ground. After all a 1999 9-5 is similar enough to a 2005 9-5. If I am in for service it is simply a convenience issue to have some wheels to go home or run errands. Not looking to test out the latest Saabs. Loaners don’t get that much mileage and Saabs hold up to usage so an older car would be much better than no car or some crummy rental car. I bet the dealer’s insurance would be a little cheaper too.
