I don't think any European car since the mid-60's has had red turning lights (my granddad's 1963 Volvo had them, my uncle's 1966 Volvo didn't). Even American cars that have red turning lights in the US have amber lights in Europe nowadays.
Some cars, however, have light clusters that *appear* all red - or all white - but the actual light emitted from the turn indicators is still amber.
