I just gave a general description. The problem is Saab doesn't pay the dealers diagnostic time (according to my dealer). So while they could check each hose for vacuum, they won't because they don't get paid. This shifts the economic cost on to me as I have to go back repeatedly.

This is the same problem I have had with the suspension issue. They don't test it the right way and so the problem doesn't show. It is the old garbage in, garbage out. I think I may just have to drive around with a fully loaded car and go in every few weeks for a new rear suspension. Maybe between now and 100K Saab will get tired of the parts cost. My only other option is to revoke purchase.
