There is very little left to sell other than the physical plant in Trollhatten and new small Opels will be built there. GM would not sell the intellectual property rights to information that was gleaned from Saab including the new 1.4L turbo for starters. All engineering and design work is done in Germany with a small support group in Sweden to give Saabs the Swedish flavor. Saab was doomed if GM didn't buy it so we will see where we go with the 9-4 huecho in Mexico and the 9-1 to be built in Sweden. Since the new 9-5 will be built in Russelshiem, GE, it may be less expensive than if it were built in Trollhatten (multiple exchange rates between Sweden, Germany and US at play).
