Saab is unique, that's undeniable... even with the reprehensible use of blatantly-GM parts (the hideous radio unit in the 2007+ 9-3 for example). I like Saabs -- I've owned four of them.

However, my concern about Saab tanking is much more practical. You see, I am upside down on the loan for my 2006 9-3 Aero, and I need to keep this thing for a long time before I go the Audi or Volvo route or I'm going to lose thousands. I want Saab to stick around long enough to service my 100,000 mile warranty!

Hopefully Saab and GM can figure things out, or else some lucky dealership is going to make a bazillion dollars of my sorry ass when I turn this mother in on an Audi or Volvo...
