I am recently semi-retired and decided to move on from my 97 9000. Costs of recent maintenance were expensive, although it was solid when I traded it in (but 5 spd transm differ issues were looming). Was difficult to depart from the fun of a manual transm but decided time was now avail to travel in US. So got a 2014 odyssey van and it truly is amazing with comfort, long distance cruising, lots of space to camperize and good mpg to boot.
As a DIY'er I do feel some sadness about not selling it whole or at least parting it out (if I actually had space). Lots of good parts on that car :-(. It served me well......"Alas, poor Yorick!" :-).
Follow your inclination....
