Jeff DID track the car quite often but I beleive he hasn't since the new paint due to not wanting to hurt the car as well as being busy attending car shows. I think there is a HUGE grey area in the judging which will hopefully be corrected in the coming years. After talking with Jeff, he really didn't car which class his car was interested in just as long as it was in the competition. Hopefully in the coming months the group which is working on the judging rules will be able to get the bugs worked out & I highly doubt this is the first time people have felt this way with the judges. Just remeber that they donated 4-5 hrs a day in the hit weather to look at other people's cars. Thos of you who were lucky enough to have a car to compete with only had to do that for 1 day!! Hopefully definant criteria will be placed so the judging will be more fair.

Of the C900's I looked at, I felt Jeff's car was the cleanest of the group. Some cars had 1 or so severly oxidizing wheels while others had rust, stickers & other stuff in the engine compartment. I think it would be nice if the NG cars were in a different class as the C900's but then I don't feel they would have any competition. Only 2 NG cars were in the class like I beleive the convertible class where only 1 NG900 competed. If we had 10-20 cars in each class I feel it would be different but when only 1-3 are in most classes, I say combine them!!!

Thus I think stock classes should be by body style/year & modified/race/whatever classes should be grouped together.
