Suggestions / Improvements for OnStar

With all the talk of OnStar over on the 9-5 board (mainly courtesy of my endless postings), I got to thinking... what improvements could be made so that you would be more likely to renew your OnStar package? Here's some things I have thought of.
> LOWER PRICES! As is now, I feel that the service OnStar provides is not a good value. Too many mistakes made, too slow a service, etc. It simply takes too long to get a phone number from them. 411 is much faster.
> Bare bones safety and security package - Just automatic airbag deployment notification (for front AND side airbags) and stolen vehicle tracking. $20/year.
> Synchronization with GPS - When I call OnStar for directions somewhere, I want them to be able to (in the future when US Saabs have GPS as an option) program it into the GPS so I don't have to stay on the line with them or copy their directions down.
> Synchronization with SID and phone - When I call OnStar for a telephone number for say a restaurant or a store, I want them to be able to put it into the SID (think new 9-3 SS with the phone in the dash) and all I have to do is push the "talk" button on the steering wheel to dial. Then I can also access it later if I need it again.
What else can you guys think of that would be welcome additions to the service?
