I didn't - I mentioned it explicitly.
The XC and is fundementally a car underneath, just like the X5, AllRoad, Forester, RX300, and several other SUVs are. They are jacked up, tall-greenhouse wagons. They have car engines, car platforms, car suspensions, and generally car interiors. If Saab needs to sell an SUV (which I won't comment on, it's irrelevant) this is the direction they should go. Capitalize on the things that people look for in a Saab like efficient powerplants, nice interiors, and manageable sizes. The TrailBlazer is cutting edge for what it is - but it's still a gas-guzzling, 4WD (not AWD) body-on-frame behemoth. It represents *none* of the things a Saab does. It has nothing in common with any Saab ever made*. As a result, it won't appeal to traditional Saab buyers. By virtue of the fact it's just an upmarket Trailblazer it'll compete with the Envoy. And let's be honest, what self-respecting, boat-towing man would buy a Saab over a GMC? I can't name one that I know....
