Twin turbo's are the way to go now. Heffner came out with one of the first kits. The first one he built for a customer broke the 8 second barrier for a steet viper even though the guy pretty much tracks the car now. I think they are trying a custom built auto tranny to try and break the 7 second barrier.
800 plus is pretty much the norm now for these guys and it's pretty easy to get there with the right setup. There are a few 1000 hp cars now that are just plain un-real. My car is crazy fast at 700 plus, but what's funny is that you get use to it and want more. But once you get to the 900 range it almost becomes undrivable with out slicks. With the kuhmo's I just put on the rear the car still breaks loose at around 60 when hitting second.
The mount was a big help for the spg. It's kind of a bummer that I have to sell the car, but it's time to move on. I've had it since 91, and with me taking the bus to work every day, having 5 cars is a joke.
Take care
