I almost bought a Supra but could not find one in my area that was not modded and would pass ca smog. But I drove a few and was driven in a few that were in the upper 400 and one that was over 500. Once they spool they are wicked fast! It's one thing driving the car it's another when someone takes you for a ride. One guy scared the living crap out of me. When I picked up the viper 2 years ago the previous owner had another one that he took me for a ride in (in the rain). His son also had one there that he raced. I almost crapped myself when I looked over and we were doing close to 140 and coming to a sweeping turn. The guy says "watch how this thing handles". I just could not find the brake in the pass side, but I was pressing as hard as I could. We lived and he cracked up.
But I do love driving my Viggen. Handles ok for a heavy car, it's pretty fast-soon to become faster, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. Plus it has character which is lacking in most cars these days.
