I think its the same as the default gt3071wg .64 turbo that I have and its a 2.75" inlet and this is the one we can get to fit on the stock exhaust manifold with the 1/2" spacer on the head from Nick at GS.
Nick also makes a top mount header for this set-up with 2.75" inlet on the compressor housing. He also makes a dp to fit that application.
With that compressor housing, you can cut down the inlet so a worm clamp will just fit on there, put on a 2.75" rubber elbow and then you can get the gt3071 to fit on the stock exhaust manifold and you can use the stock coolant lines by tweeking them.
The 1/2" spacer moves the compressor housing away from the block just enough to fit. You would still have to come up with a dp modification to make that part fit.
