Now i forget, have you done electrical tests on your ECU to make sure your BPC solenoid drivers are ok? with the ignition off, from the connector at the BPC (unplugged) you should get an open-circuit between each of the outer two wires and ground. if you get something in the K-ohm range, the transistor in the ECU is fried (maybe repairable). While you're there, the BPC should have about 3.5 ohms from center to each side.
If you have a fancy meter, you should get something like 80hz to ground at each of those outside BPC connector wires with the ignition on.
