I think your ECU is the problem. I hope your BPC is okay, 9ohm seems a bit high, but more importantly, are they even? or is one side more resistance than the other?

The Transistors are Part Number MTP3055VL and you need three (under $1 ea).
Try mouser or digikey, one of them has it.

All three of them are mounted to a heatsink rail along one edge of the ecu, it'll probably be obvious by the smoked bakelite.

I forget the two pin numbers but ecuproject.com has the pinout in one of their manuals.

When its all in good repair, you should get no continuity at all between the two outer BPC harness pins and ground with the car off.
