I don't actually have a PCV valve per se on this car (has alwasy been this way), but I assume you are referring to the one way check valve connected to the crank-case ventilation coming out of the valve cover, yes? Is it that important?
It works when I suck on it one way and not the other, meanign that it allows air to come out but not go back in.
The pipe from the turbo has no deformities that I have ever seen and fits in well into the block (not snug, but a little loose). And the ODD thing about this is that I know that the oil return line is above the oil sump level, and that the oil is low pressure coming out of the turbo, so I am just totally confused about this. I can tell you that the harder I drive Cole, the more leakage shows up there, and It was really bad when I first rebuilt the car, but not so bad now (with Higher boost even) - so perhaps somethign wore-in or wore down to offset the leak? Again, I'm stumped.
