87 9000T 2.0L Head change to 2.3L or 2.3 L head?

Hello.
I have to replace my head gasket on my 87 9000t soon.
Im debating, should I buy a 2.1L or 2.3L non turbo head,
350$ from a junk yard then do 600$ worth of head work 950$ total.
Or a Swedish Dynamics 2.0 L 900$ ported red head ?
I want to keep costs fairly low, I heard only a 8 to 10 hp gain ?
If so I might resurface my stock head ?
Any advice from Vince or others can you answer the 6 questions below ?
1) If you have tried this swap please send advice ?
2) Some did you find a big or mild gain after swapping the head ?
3) Should I retain the 2.0L intake, do a port match if I convert to a 2.3L head or is it better to
use a 2.1L or 2.3L intake ?
4) Other tricks or things I should do at a low cost ?
5) What is the going rate in your area to do a valve job on a 2.3L head ?
6) What is the going rate in your area to remove and reinstall the
rebuilt head ? I don't have the time to do this my self.
Remember 87-9000T using my 30 lbs injectors and S/Dynamics APC
MY SET UP:
I currently have 16" wheels, lowering springs, adjustable Konis,
Z rated rubber, Abbott poly bushings. MOTOR: I have a Swedish Dynamics
APC, 30 LBS injectors and tweaked the vacuum advance installed solid
poly mounts. I want to retain low end I use the car daily and don't want
a Hondaish s2000 rev rocket. I need to retain reliability
keep the tranny longevity, so no turbo or other upgrades will be included.
Thanks David.
