'88 SPG: When to say when...

I am the very proud owner of an '88 SPG (150K miles). She is my pride and joy and the only car I have ever owned. Over the years, I feel as if I have replaced everything... except the sunroof motor, the A/C and the oil line. In the past few weeks, she has broken down twice and my intuition is saying that it's time to move on to a newer, more reliable Saab. My heart, on the other hand, is telling me to spend the money and return her to all her glory. I'm sure most enthusiasts will say, "Keep her, KEEP HER!", while other enthusiasts who want to buy her will say, "sell her, SELL HER!" My question to anyone is..."Honestly, when do I say when?" Do I invest thousands to rehabilitate her or do I sell her and buy a new/used Saab that will be reliable, but always second best? Are any of the new Saab's comparable? Thanks in advance... CB
