I think that this company is more interested in ripping folks off than helping folks save fuel. There could be some merit in a open loop older technology, but not in a close loop modern engine.
I don't agree that they are doing anything significant to increase turbulence in the flow.
The NG900's have narrow short runners to increase velocities and turbulance. Something introduced buy a small hose is not going to be significant.
At part throttle,the turbulance below the throttle plate is quite extreme already. At full throttle, the flow is smoother, but so energetic that is is still going to promote mixing. And the CB-26P does nothing at full throttle.
There web site looks like a rip off of another well respected site.
