In reality, tires and the road surface do not simply correspond to coeffiction of friction calculations, either staic or dynamic. If they did then NO car could generate greater than 1G of sideforce on a skidpad because there is never more than 1G downforce (diameter of the skidpad doesn't allow going fast enough for wings or spoiler to generate extra downforce).
In the real world tires actually engage the irregularities of the road surface similar to gears or velcro. And there is actualy adhesion at work as the rubber adheres to the road surface similar to a tape or glue. This leads to calcultions of shear forces for the tire rubber and road interface. Much more complex than coeffiction of friction and much more dependant on the surface area involved.
