Raced a 911 + acceleration times

Unfortunately not sure which year Porsche. Seemed to be late 80's/early 90's.
Mods I have on my 9-3 are ECU upgrade, 3" exhaust, T25/28 turbo, Viggen I/C.
Opened up several times in second gear through traffic where he was able to just slightly out-accelerate me since I had some partial wheelspin. 3rd gear the Porsche started to pull away very slowly, then stopped and I started just barely gaining on him as I passed 6000-6300rpms. Hit the brakes after that; Porsche-guy had quite a scare stopping his car -and avoid nastily surprising some poor person waiting at the traffic light- as he decided to shift to fourth and show me how good he was at accelerating after I had let off the gas for a couple of seconds..!
The temperature here was about 33C (+90F). On a colder day, I think I may just have been able to pass him.
This however does make me sceptical of other claims that stock or slightly modified Saabs "keep up with late 90's 911's"...
Also, since some of you have measured acceleration times I decided to measure the same intervals.
100-150km/h 3rd gear 5.2 seconds
80-120km/h 4th gear 7.3 seconds (you can really tell the difference in lag here)
80-110km/h 3rd gear 2.9 seconds (particularly good time IMO)
I was about to dyno the car, but the dyno operator (who I had an extensive chat with last time) suggested I wait till September for more satisfactory results.
