a bit more sluggish in response, but only 5% loss or so if gage presssure setting is same as sea level. Turbo works slightly harder at an increased pressure ratio.
Can get back to sea level power with a couple more psi, but pressure ratio increase is more significant ... more heat generated and backpressure at turbine. No turbo change needed unless you are going for ~200+ hp.
