I would convert your brakes to the 88+ style. You can use 9K aero calipers up front or use the normal 88+ setup. You eliminate the parking brake up front & get stronger brakes in the proces.
If you keep what you have, SPG9, Swed Dyn, etc. all sell x-drilled or slotted rotors for your car. $400-500 for the set with carbon pads is what you will pay.
Also, no matter which way you go, get braided brake lines (6 hoses I think) & put in some good brake fluid. I would change it or have it changed/flushed at least once a year if you do the track events.
I will be converting my 87 SPG to the 88+ style in the near future & since it will be mostly a track car, I will not run the new parking brake cables which is suppose to be the most difficult part of the process.
