I've been in a 9-5 driven really roughly, and that thing is all over the place -I mean the suspenson is extremely mushy and the weight transfer is just huge. That's why it oversteers so much in my opinion.
Try taking more than two consecutive turns and you'll see the back end through the window.
The 9-3 also throws its tail around, especially with the stock suspension. With the Eibach and Koni combination I have installed, this is much much less. I did have quite a scare though when I accidentally set the rears on full hard; you could actually feel the back end ready to break traction as soon as the tires where loaded in a curve.
9-3 understeer I find takes place when the tires break loose because of power and on tight curves. Understeer on tight curves especially with less than perfect surface is very pronounced -I guess you need a Peugot Rallye for that type of thing..
