Is yours locked up? If it still spins freely it's probably rebuildable. The oil seal on the turbine (exhaust) side is a piston ring type of seal installed into a groove machined into the turbo shaft. WHen it gets really burned up it locks to the shaft and wears a groove in the surface of the hole. The hole I'm referring to is the one in the center housing section. If it wore a groove in the surface, it will leak oil into the exhaust even with new seals and bushings. I found this out the hard way. Think of it as a piston ring in an engine. IF the cylinder wall gets wider, it will never seal up.
The kit from turbocity has various gaskets for putting the housings back together. You also get two brass bushings and thrust bearing, etc. IT's very easy once you get it apart. Cleaning the carbon is the hardest part. I would mark the end of the shaft and the compressor with a scribe before removing it so you can orient it the same way when you put it back together. The six exhaust side bolts are very tough to break loose. I called turbocity and the older gentlement told me to hit the side of the head with a punch and hammer. He said it worked many times for him. It definitely works! If you have trouble separating the exhaust housing from the center section, back the two exhaust bolts out until they run against the center section. This puts pressure against it and helps to free it up. I would separate the exhaust side first so you can tap against the compressor housing in order to separate the exhaust side. You'll need some good c-clip pliers since the bushings are held in with them.
Once you get everything apart there are 3 main oil passages that you really need to clean. I used drill bits and ran them in by hand. There is one main hole running horizontal, then two smaller ones running down and diagonal to where the brass bushings are installed. You get to those by sticking the drill bit in the end holes (hole where the turbo shaft was) of the center section, but at an angle to get it into those two oil passages.
I guess that's enough.
It's really easy once you see it.
