Doesn't CFM of the turbo itself come into play in your equation to figure out HP? If you compare a turbo which can flow a max of 250 CFM vs a turbo that flows a max of 450 CFM & both are running at say 50%, I think you will see the larger turbo will give a lot more power/flow like I found out on my car, a lot more power witha 8 PSI difference in max PSI.
So where does the CFM come into play on your equation?? Or did Ijust miss something :o)
I also am not 100$ sure what the max CFM is on a OEM T3 but I vaguely remember it to be in the 250-350 cfm area. I actually can't recall the cfm of my T3/4 either (purchased 2-3+ years ago) & it was in the 450-550 cfm area
