HiPerCoat (HPC) on turbo, manifold and down pipe...

Has anyone had this treatment done to their machines in the USA? There is a guy I know here in Australia that had HPC (aluminium/ceramic) coating applied to his above-mentioned items, and he can almost touch the turbo with his bare hands after half an hour's hard running! It has a claimed bond strength of 10,000 psi, and offers a really nice metallic silver sheen that lasts for years without discolouring. His under-hood temps have fallen by two thirds, and the turbo/exhaust system comes up to temperature faster. He is claiming to get better milage as well due to a more efficient burn. Sounds too good to be true...but apparently so. It's reasonably expensive AU$330 for the manifold, AU$220 for the turbine and AU$110/foot for the downpipe) and takes a week to do. Looking at it seriously to help keep the under-hood temps down, which has got to be better for all the electricals (like the battery and other close-by wiring) in an old car like an 85 Aero Turbo. Please let me know if anyone has ever done it and had success.
Cheers
