i'm not looking at doing anymore 'fooling'. my thoughts merely stemmed from the conversations before about fueling issues. it was mentioned that a relay which activates a bypass to an amm resistor (installed for 30# injectors) would only work if the injectors were not at 100% capacity. my thought is that if there is no input to the ecu beyond a certain point at wot, then merely changing injectors will not alter the duty cycle, because the o2 sensor input (which would register mixture enrichment) would not be used by the ecu. i don't doubt that there are ways to manage the signal to the ecu and thus alter the mixture at other loads. but if amm and o2 sensor input to the stock ecu are ignored at wot, then even changing the signals from these components will not have any effect on the duty cycle. which, as you stated as well, is based on the set fuel map. i'm just trying to dispell rumors about the ability to change injector duty cycle without changing the stock ecu.
