I know... I'm a total closet Honda wannabe driver. I would be the happiest person on earth if there was half the aftermarket for Saabs that there is for the modern import... :)
The good news is that what works for one 4cyl turbo works for another. I'm not keen on a multi-colored powder coated red anodized stainless steel flexhose usin' engine bay, but I want what works... There are limitations of Saab's design on the 900 and I want to correct them. I've tried for a year to come up with an intelligent way of using a 9000's square fuel rail and failed, so spending $150 on an AEM rail seems like the way to go. I've watched my mechanic disassemble enough high-mileage Saab engines to see what happens on the #4 cylinder and I certainly don't want that to happen to my car. Skugga has 60,000 miles on her, and I figure it's my last chance to raise an SPG right. :)
If only they made "Powered by Trolls" bumperstickers... alas...
