T3 upgrade. NOT T3/T4.

A lot of people think that the bigger your turbo is, the better off you are. This is not true. The T3/T4 hybrid turbos are quite large for a mere 2.0L engine, and only a few of the T4 compressors will be able to function as they were intended. Unless you're planning on running well over 20 PSI of boost, I would recommend sticking with the T3 family of compressor wheels. I'm using a ball-bearing T3 Super-60 on my 2.3 for 21 PSI. E-mail me with what kind of boost you want to run or what kind of horsepower you are seeking and I will tell you which turbo you should use. Also be sure to tell me your approximate volumetric efficiency, if you can, and whether or not you have upgraded your intercooler.
I think that the turbo should definetely be your next upgrade, as you're no doubt already noticing some hefty boost taper beyond about 4500 RPM. I'd also highly recommend an RRFPR (I've heard good things about Swedish Dynamics' RRFPR). You should also upgrade your vacuum/pressure lines (cheap and easy) with something stronger, such as HoseTechniques. You may even consider a thermal coating on the exhaust header.
By the way, how is the aluminum flywheel workin out for you? How heavy is it? I am installing a Swedish Dynamics 8 Lb. flywheel in my '92 9kT right now and can't WAIT to get it back together.
