when i first got the ic, it had the stock intake boot with it, but not the discharge. i used the ones you had for the discharge (driver's side). the stock part new is around $80 i believe. i finally was able to take a used one off a wrecked 9000 that happened to be in the parking lot of scanwest while i was in. a lucky day for me. no problems since. as far as aftermarket replacements, best bet would be to find a shop that can do custom ic piping and chance are they can get you a part. also, if you do find a stock boot, you will need to modify your first pipe after the outlet. from the pictures it looks like you are using the stock pipe that goes from the ic to the throttle with the 'fat' end at the ic. this fat end will not fit into the stock 9000 ic boot. you can do a couple things. 1. cut the fat part off (if you have enough length). 2. use the stock intake pipe from an 8v turbo. 3. go custom aftermarket. i'm sure there may be other options, but that's what i can think of. hope this helps.
also, i recommend routinely checking parts of the system that are up against other parts. you don't want any rubbing of holes in anything. not happened to me yet, but i have noticed some rubbing issues.
