If you buy them from a Saab dealer, they'll cost a fortune.
On another point, I've never heard of anyone using an RRFPR on an Aero, as the fuel system should be fine for any ECU upgrades you do. Up until near 300hp, I don't think you'll need to do much to the fuel system.
I haven't seen much in the way of cams offered by tuners. I suppose it's so easy to get power from these cars with software, inlet and exhaust mods that more labour-intensive mods with lower power gains don't sell so well. Maptun used to advertise camshafts, but don't any more. Their 360hp 9000s do, I believe, have non-standard cams.
Camshafts aren't too hard to change and don't require removing the head, so it's not essential to consider them at this point. You might consider bigger valves, if they'll fit, since you're replacing some anyway.
