Just curious...are you not interested in swapping in a later 16v engine? The B has some issues with water pumps, though I'm not an expert on them. Meantime, 16v engine maintenance parts are readily available, and with the better breathing available from 'frankensteining' them with later 2.3 or 2.1 heads, I think there's better power possibilities. You will, of course, need some firewall modifications to accomodate the 16v in the 99's engine bay, but it's not an uncommon swap. Further, I believe the 16v heads and exhaust manifolds are much less prone to cracking from heat. From what I understand, the 8v (B and H turbos) exhaust manifolds could do such a thing between 2 and 3, IIRC. Finally, and here's me being a snob, but it seems a waste to put stand alone on a B motor! :) FWIW, if you're interested in using SDS or Wolf, I'm in the process of finishing off my install (on my 16v) with the former; Kooch has done the latter. I've kept detailed installation notes and a very nice wiring diagram, plus many pix of the brackets and such I had to manufacture.

Visit Townsend Imports' site for the very good lowdown on the various OE EFI systems, link below. I don't know much about CIS either.
