u did well to keep things within closed loop control range, no wot. but being at rich limit of range gives hint that at wot will be richer than optimum for power. the excess fueling in midrange is needed, current practice, to cover hitting a ms wall at the top. that's y best to use as big an R as possible, without dropping duty cycle (ms) at the top end.

o2 output good test for open vs closed loop, but misleading check for overrich conditions.

note the map 'edge' I referenced was a different limit that would show no ms increase at wot beyond some limiting boost, at a held rpm.

the rrfpr comparo is for your pressure setting, assuming only change was from 2.5 to the rrfpr. inj'r size doesn't matter ... separate affect.

to find inj flow rating change going from 2.5 to 3 bar fpr, take sq-root of pressure ratio. ford inj's rated at 2.7 bar, 1 bar=14.5 psi.

no pin info avail, but bentley has it. well worth it.

---------

final thought ...volvo 85-88 amm (280-212-007) is used in 2.3L turbo with LH2.2 and 30# inj's, and has the trim screw. same wiring, but some pins need to be moved. some tried to use it, limited success but minimal dat logging. this should allow smaller/easier resistor correction, and will have a higher flow operating/accuracy range. may also allow 34# inj'rs. woth another shot, and could avoid rrfpr at high output.
