Mohammad,
Djet is short for D-jetronic, a Bosch pulsed injection system (EFI) used on 1970 - 1974 Saab 99 EMS. Next came the K-jetronic (with lambda on turbos), then the LH2-jetronic.
CIS is Constant Injection System, the fuel injection system used until the LH system was introduced with the 16 valve "H" motor. 1985 was the first year of the 16 valve motor, in the USA. LH 2.2, then LH 2.4, LH 2.4.2
From the book "How to Understand, Service and Modify Bosch Fuel Injection & Engine Management" by Charles O. Probst, SAE (a must read!)
Bosch builds two basic types of fuel injection - pulsed and continuous - with several variations and improvements over the years.
D-Jetronic. The first Bosch Jetronic System. The D is short for Druck, the German word for pressure. Manifold pressure is measured to indicate engine load (how much air the engine is using.) The pressure is an input signal to the control unit (ECU) for calculation of the correct amount of fuel delivery.
B motor was used in Saab 99s and 1979 & 1980 Saab 900s. The "H" motor replaced the "B" motor, in 1981.
I hope this information helps.
Jon
