250-300 kmiles at normal boot pressures.
My help on this is a very experience mechanic, and we couldn't tell where the pressure was going, which may be a clue unto itself.
So, it sounds to me like if we find a burn't or stuck valve, we should just rebuild the head, and put it back in knowing that the bottom end has another 100k or so left.
How hard are higher boost pressures, say w/ a red box on the engine?
