Methinks that if you have too much torque for the gearbox to take, you are stretching the hadling limits of the chassis, too. If FWD cars were goo at transferring 300+ turbocharged lb/ft to the ground, don't you think in these power-crazed days the manufacturers would have provided us with cars like that by now?
Power is nothing without control.. ;-)
