This is totally possible, with the following modifications. I'm told that it is well worth the effort, because these heads are supposedly "the best" of what will fit a B202.
The area between the bolt holes on the timing chain side is recessed on the newer heads, so you must "bridge" the gap by welding in a plate, say 6" by 1/2". Use a B202 headgasket as a template.
There are some protruding bosses on the flywheel side that have to be cut/ground to clear the starter plate.
Remove the distibutor plug if this was from a T-5 car so you can plug in your distributor.
Install an exhaust cam with a slot to drive the distributor (or, have the slot milled into the end of the existing cam).
Note: These are what I've been told by someone experienced with the process. There may be some other small details that were not shared or that I forgot! Good luck!
