shows 38. I thought all had 38pin therefore. Interesting.
if you look at 90 di/apc and 91-92di/apc and di, you'll find they all have 38 pins and most of the main components have the same pins. Since the DI cassette is plugged into 25,38,37,etc.., I'm not sure how your's is setup.
the 89 DI wiring diagram only shows 20 connections. If you get a chance, crack open the box and snap a pic of the board. Interesting enough the 1st gen di/apc (~89-90) use blue single sided pcb's, 2nd gen used double sided pcbs.
So this is just a DI ecu, eh? If it is a pre-89 di box, I really wonder how it controls timing. If they used it on a Haltech fi, how did they connect the two? The 89+ di and di/apc used load signals to partially adjust timing. In every EZK wiring diagram I've seen through out the years, there's always been a load signal connection. Hmmm. EZK boxes use 25pin connectors. W/o a load signal or press signal there's no way for the timing to compensate for large load. The system would be completely dependent on an RPM and knock basis (I doubt early units used any type of ionic control).
