If you want to get rid of camber steer, then get the tires aligned in a very neutral stance.
Steering braces will only serve to stiffen the suspension, making the jerkiness you currently experience that much more jerky.
Also, narrower rims & tires would help this situation. As would better paved roads! Control what you can....
